We leveraged a series of strategically positioned skylights to infuse the interiors with natural light, creating an ambiance of spaciousness and airiness even in areas typically devoid of sunlight. The integration of a modern coastal Hamptons style with large windows not only satisfied the client’s aesthetic preferences but also served a functional purpose by maximizing the influx of natural light. Additionally, our innovative solution to comply with the council’s height regulations while accommodating the overland flow path overlay required careful consideration and inventive structural design, resulting in a home that stands as a testament to our forward-thinking approach.
Workmanship:

Degree of Difficulty:
The challenges posed by the site’s overland flow path overlay and the council’s height regulations elevated the degree of difficulty for this project significantly. Placing the house on stumps to comply with regulatory requirements while seamlessly integrating the garage and pool area presented a formidable task.
